Just a weird suggestion, how about asking the artists what they want to eat or are used to eat? I am usually asked what is my preferecne instead of just getting a pepperoni pizza or kebab with fries.

The problem is OS wide. If you have two monitors and windows on both monitors, as soon as your monitors go off (power saver during the night) once they are powered on all windows are on main...

If it stops on WavesHell perhaps try moving that out of plugins folder and try again. If PT launches, your problem may be just there

Clean install is the only way to success. Also do not use any automatic migration tool but copy your stuff manually

Yes after mono-to-stereo plugin the output is stereo and by default panning is fully open (hard left, hard right).

You can restrict this stereo field in numerous ways, but let's say you want same...

To be honest, I think you would benefit greatly to upgrade your GPU anyway, so whether you use HS with older PT or Mojave with latest PT you would enjoy that new card.

I have one of those old 2009...

G One is home audio, but almost as good as 8k series which are studio monitors. Difference being 8k series has very small tolerance in manufacturing and you can assume replacement speaker sounds...

True. Although you should take a look if there is an updated 3rd party installer so old plugins are not left behind causing problems. I do this religiously every single time I update PT software.
