Well well well,

I finally found a solution to my problem, after many tests.
I found that my session began to be unstable and returns errors when fades...

I sometimes have a variation of this errors, without the -9168.
This problem happens each time after I beat detective a multitrack instrument (drums, percusions, ...)
Too many fades? Too many...

My problem is different: When I power on the 192i/o, it seems to be off (lights off, no fan sound, etc) during 15 seconds, and then it turns on, with lights blinking and fan sound, as usual :)

I have another problem these days (twice at a time is a bit too much...)

When I power on my 192 i/o, since a week or so it takes about 15 seconds to show green and orange lights.

- I plugged PCIe accel core card un PCIe 16X (blue slot) = freeze windows at start, exactly the same as PCIe 1X, during driver installation.

The difference between PCIe 1X & 16X is speed. which ratio is it? If it can be a working solution, I'll go with this one.

When you say "hardware powered on", you mean 192i/o? Cause in my case, I'm talking about the accel card which is plugged on the PCIe port on the motherboard. When I start the computer, Win7 can't...

It finally works! After ONE entire year of sadness, I found the solution (maybe under HD7.4 the bug isn't the same so maybe this solution doen't work). It's so stupid, how coun't I think...

I'm on PT HD 8.0.1, and when I put a video track (MOV format) in a session, any session, the video can't playback. I have a simple grey square instead of the video image.
