I've exactly the same problem. Now I can't activate PT10HD to my iLok. (I did the sync/repair).
PT11 bundle says I don't have the licenses it needs to surrender, but I have the HD9, HD10 and now...

When I turn my 192 on, the 48 and int LED start blinking for about 15 seconds. I think it's normal. I don't remember it doing different.

A little while ago I bought an 96i. I already had an 192. I've connected the wordclock out of the 192 to the wordclock input on the 96i. But from that point on I started getting 9092's....
