Yes, I am getting audio in from a keyboard signal through line 1 (set to Inst). The signal does not clip but the sound coming back from PT is very distorted.

I still cannot hear the drum track on...

Thanks Jeffro, I see what you mean by the iMac not recognizing the UMC404HD.

I think I've rectified that but still no sound. Testing the headphones through the audio setup does play white noise...

Here are what I think are the relevant setup screens. Not sure what to correct or add at this point.

I'm using headphones plugged into the Behringer which is connected via USB to the iMac.

I do get sound everywhere else, iTunes, system sounds, even GarageBand.

Thanks. I have used the PT aggregate which is installed by default on install. It’s just that I’m not hearing anything. I’m at the point where I might just reinstall and see if that resolves it.

I'm going straight from a USB keyboard to my iMac. I believe I have it now as I can hear the track via headphones. Made a change to the track type and pointed it to PT Aggregate I/O.
