I have installed the latest driver for Mbox pro and firewire. Pro tools recognize Mbox in the playback settings. But when I try to play i can't here anything. I have Mbox Pro on a much older machine...

There is a pachlist avalible in ProTools 9 for my keyboard. But I can't get it to work. When i try to navigate to the pack list and choose Roland 700 it says that Pro Tools could not find...

Just to make an update. I have remover Pro Tools completely and reinstalled it. Same problem. It will not start.

And I am pretty mad at Avid. I have bought several of there products, and updates....

What is "troubleshooting 101 tasks, trash prefs and databases and fix permissions?" Where can I find that? and no I have not tried that. Be glad to if I know where to look.

Yes that would be a good thing to do, if I only had Protools on the computer. However that is not the case. And therefore not a solution. I could of course try to reinstall protools.

Hm I could of course paste the crash report. But I don't think that would help.
It doesn't work, pretty much says it all. It doesn't load up. It will not start.

I have one Macbook Pro (Bought 2010) and one iMac (Bought 2008) The beta update is working ok with the iMac but not with Macbook Pro. Anyone else with this phenomena?

Perhaps this was a to long title. But this should explain what happens when i try to start Pro Tools on my Macbook Pro. I have resently installed Pro Tools 9 on my iMac with Mac OS 10.7.1. I t works...
