MIDI Editor - zoom out problem

As I try to edit MIDI, I can't zoom out. I'm zoomed in all the way, have read all I could on the forums about this but none of the fixes have helped. Please help. Shortcuts or even Zoomer "-" tool...

That didn't do it either...I just got back into recording after a year off just because of such glitches. Digi Help?!

As I try to preview audio in the "workspace" window, the task window tells me: "You do not have appropriate access"
How do I import/preview files in "workspace" if "find" does nothing? (7.4 on OSX...
