Access Violation on every single waveform I track - PT 10

PT's still plays the waveforms as if it has no problem accessing, but every time I record a session or copy a project over I get non stop Access Violation Occurred unable to read location errors.

I thought it would be a ProTools question, how to get it to read a usb input as a mic input not a Rode question. they don't support PT's. Thanks though.

I just upgraded to 9 and heard all kinds of great things about lack of hardware requirements and all that. I'm wondering if it's possible to use a USB mic with protools yet?

Sometimes rather than doing an official "import" it's easier to just drag the audio file you want imported from the folder on your computer into the "Tracks" list on the left of the protools UI.

So I build shows with a ton of Midi tracks. Windows environment and with 7.4 I am able to simply have the folder with the midi files in them open and drag the files onto a midi track in the open...

Sorry. 8.0.3 - for some reason it stops allowing me to import. I just went back to the other machine - 7.4cs10 and it worked fine, then copied the session over the 8.0.3 machine. Kinda frustrating...

Sorry again. I have about 255 midi files to import. I can usually just drag them in, but for some reason, this version allows me to drag in about 10 or so, then it freezes for about 10 seconds allows...

I do have the option, but when I choose it is when I get the error. I did get it fixed, by reinstalling all of them. Then I found out all I needed to do was use the same ilok on the second machine...

So I am running one machine with MP8.0.3 which I love - 64-bit and have ilok with MP3 on it.

since I had just installed on this machine clean, I started over again, formatted drive and began installing. What I've found is that Music Production Toolkit installed with 8.0.3 was the culprit....

When I open task manager to watch it load, it gets to about 73k then drops back down to 70k, stays in Task Manager, but doesn't do anything. The UI on the desktop that says loading protools never...
