I had this issue and had to replace this part inside. Call the place where you bought the 002. They will send this part for free. I can't think of the name but it is one of those flat grey...

I just got the new DC harness and installed it, but it is still not seeing my hardware. The 1394 light in the front of my rack is not on (not sure if it should be), but the back firewire light is on....
