Live 10 does have panning control on tracks, both dial knob and L/R numerical control! It's in the mixer section in the Session view and, I'm pretty sure, in the Arrangement view too.

Yeah, I’ve got KONTAKT 5 - the NI site shows that entitles me to the upgrade price of $199 for KOMPLETE 11. Crazy, it’s about 10x the value of standalone REAKTOR for the same price!

I was able to import an iPhone 5 MOV video at 720p into PT11, combine it with some sound tracks, and bounce it to a .MOV file. It all worked well, and I was impressed by the quality of the iPhone...
