Thank you so much I noticed what yuh mean and yes the avid buffer was at 256 while the DAW was at 32.

This is very interesting, we have almost the same computer, why do i get these values then ? I was actually wondering why the 6ms in and out would remain as i changed the buffer... do you also have...

Surprise surprise !!!! The latency of AVID hardware is unusable with other Daws,

Cubase, logic and Studio one report roundtrip latency of 12 ms @44.1 with 32 buffer, even my USB Atlas has better...

So after waiting an eternity for these dudes to do their job properly i have decided to ditch my HD Omni, instead launching webinars every f....... week they should make their VERY expensive...
