Howdy.

When I am putting down Midi tracks with the oxygen8 thru sampletank (drums, keys or
what have you), I get a bad latency between key strike, and the actual sound being audible.

Buy a pair of Rode NT 1's.....cheap, large capsule, and you can do very nice stereo
recordings of almost anything.

I'm using the KEF Reference 20's from a couple of years back. 8" two way with a concentric tweeter.
I love them, and I've never had an issue with "trial and error" remixing sessions as in the past,...

OK.....the Pearl kit is fine. You need to do, get, or know several things to start with. First,
there are no rules, just guidelines. Where you are sitting, what I say may produce the best or worse...
