Blinking F7 causes metering LEDs to flicker

When I have the Function keys LEDs flashing on the S3, it appears to be making the right side of the metering also flicker-pulsate in time.

Resurrecting an old thread here, but this info may well be useful for people who are stuck on older systems or don't want to have the S3 as a paperweight in PT10 whilst migrating slowly to ProTools...

Maybe not S6s, but Avid may sell a bunch of Artist Mixes to Control24 owners...

I'm surprised there's no sweetener cross(/down)grade for Control24/ProControl owners to a pack of Artist...

Unfortunately that's not the case for anyone with a ProControl or Control 24. For us it's the opposite experience - our essential interface to the DAW is switched off in PT11 with no viable upgrade...

I heard reports from ProToolsExpert of poor video playback quality and delay problems on BlackMagic cards in PT11.1... are these now resolved?

I'm sure PT11 is fabulous if you don't work with video and don't have a ProControl, Control24 etc that are affected by this move. But that's clearly why we are here in this monster thread and anyone...

PTHD PCI cards work just fine on a Gigabyte EX58-UD3R under 10.6.7 so I'm sure Native will too. Apple didn't even make an Intel rig with PCI slots, but it runs beautifully. Updates occasionally...
