Unfortunately, it will not. I hope they can get this fixed soon. I'm not sure how they managed to make it worse on this update than it was on the last one.

You can click the box and drag it up or down to other notes. This bug is extremely annoying and I hope it's fixed soon!

I didn't know about the M! USB issues. Hopefully they are a bit better on the M2. Perhaps Apple will have/has had a firmware update to resolve the issue.

Render or Print/Record your finished track to another track. Now it's a normal audio track. Send that track to the mixer. Now you will never have to worry.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but the lack of fader calibration is still a problem. I'm running the latest firmware and I have several faders on my S1 that don't match zero. It definitely is...
