Re: copy track name into comments

Re: Phoenix Verb for $10

May I ask what is unique and special about it? I have so many reverbs now I wonder if I need another, even if only $10. I don't know this one at all, so just wondered.

Re: copy track name into comments

If you're looking for a global command to copy all track names into comments, I don't believe there is such a thing. If so, I've never seen it.

However, you can just highlight track name,...

Just saw that Audio-Deluxe has all the PSP plugins on sale for $20 each (https://www.audiodeluxe.com/taxonomy/term/286/?f%5B0%5D=bm_field_on_sale_now%3Atrue). Not bad for some decent plugins.

Choral Concert Cancelled - Hold Our Coke!

The Spring choral concert was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This high school choir said "hold our coke" (they're too young for beer!).

If this doesn't warm your heart...

Re: Ummet Ozcan's Genesis Pro is Coming

So, I spent the $1.35 or so U.S. to get this thing because I was curious. The first iteration of Genesis from Ummet Ozcan came out a few years back and it really did sound great...nice, fat, gritty...

Is the Coronavirus pandemic affecting your business?

I'm just wondering how you all are coping around the globe with the coronavirus concerns and the economic upheavals. Is it affecting your business?

Re: BOOM - how to record from?

With Boom and using Commit, I like to solo the different drums, and commit them separately in addition to one of the entire mix. Makes it more like mixing an actual drum kit and you can process the...

Re: Reason 11 in Windows as VST3

Are you saying that no matter what buffer setting I choose in preferences on Reason it is defaulting to 64 anyways? That would explain a lot! I've been mystified why some of my patches, which work...

Re: Reason 11 in Windows as VST3

I was actually a beta tester for 10. I have 9.5.x. I've not really had any major issue with VST hosting, but, yes, there have been a couple of weird things. One in particular is completely...

Re: Reason 11 in Windows as VST3

I've never had issues with Rewire either. The reason I'd really like the VST hosting is that it will open up some fantastic sound design possibilities using VI's that aren't in RE, such as Synapse...

Re: Reason 11 in Windows as VST3

Rewire never bothered me all that much. I never understood why it was only a one-way street, but that's another issue. I still use 9.5 via Rewire so I can use some of the RE VI's.

Re: Reason 11 in Windows as VST3

I'm with Jack on this one, I'll believe it when I see it! At this point, I'm not sure that AAX version alone will make me jump. What I want, and what I know MANY have wanted ever since Reason 9.5...

Re: Reason 11 in Windows as VST3

As I mentioned at the outset, I just don't get what the P-heads are thinking. Why delay AAX? It includes a HUGE potential market for them, especially if they allow VST hosting with AAX version of...

If you do experiment with it in PW and get it to work, please report back what you discovered. I for one would be curious to know!

Re: audio to midi in pro tools 12.5

As Sardi said, there's no feature in PT that will convert a melody line to a MIDI file. However, you CAN do this with Melodyne. (https://www.celemony.com/en/melodyne/what-is-melodyne) There may be...
