I've had some limited sucess with the SRW 5000 profile, but it has settings for 12 tracks, not 8.

I've been using just the first 8, but would prefer to have the correct profile, if possible.

You can also just un-check or change the key assignment in the keyboard shortcuts pane in the keyboard & mouse preference pane in the system prefs.

That way you don't activate it my hitting F12...
