How can I contact the Digi Tech support

i can´t send a message to get the pdf Manual to open my C 24. I had to repair a fader ( locked by a part of a Fingernail

I think, Avid will force us to change to PT 11 and buy new Hardware. It can´t be a big business to fix this bug

Final cut ignore their Customers and where are they now, Finalcut x is not for Proffessionals...

OS 10.7.5
I try clean install, uninstall Protools first. If I try to start PT the windows flashed for a half second and nothing happend. I go back to 10.3.9

Same Problem, try to go back to 10.3.8, it failed, Protools won´t start.
Now 10.3.9 again, hope Avid repaired it soon
