Make sure your in a 16x slot not a 4x. Dont know the board, but on my hackintosh it makes a difference. It will work in slower slot for system sound but not PTLS.

Thats what it does.
All channel faders jiter up and down +/- 1.5 db.
Then channels lose all control but has no error message and still communicates with protools(tranport, etc)
Occurs after 10-15...

Sequoia, Reaper, use them regular. Find that alot of the features in PT10 are already in reaper.

Looks like there trying to somewhat emulate the update and upgrade strategey timelines of...

Yes aggregate is MAC. No can't aggregate 00X series.

Sometimes that will happen if 002 gets used for OS sounds or playback. Protls can't find it.

Start PTLS and hold down the N key then see if you can select the 002 in the hardware window.

Hmm, okay , but it will work as controller ,ala command 8, as will the 002. That's prob just firmware tweek. Or maybe its also hardware limitation, but wait it already is controller, if your using...

Put the console in standalone mode not connected to ptls, use 002r as the ptls interface.
Now connect the console via ADAT to the 002r.
The console will pass all inbound audio to the adat...
