Anyone used UAD-2 card with HDX?

I've never used UAD cards, but they have enough plugs I'm drooling over that I'm considering trying it out.

Re: 192 Latency with AES in

I know there is no conversion, but I didn't know if there was any slight latency attributed to digital ins and outs. I know the latency of my convertors.

192 Latency with AES in

I know PT can compensate for the latency for the Analog inputs and outputs with the 192, but does anyone know if/how much latency the AES inputs and outputs have (independent of my external A/D and...

Re: ProControl Talkback out???

I ended up giving up on the idea, and building a solution with a 1/4" parallel box, a Super-relay AC switching box, and a nice illuminated pushbutton switch.

Re: Poll: How many still using PPC?

A few years ago, I was seriously considering switching to PCIe, but now it seems foolish, considering Digi hasn't upgraded the cards since 2005, and the old PCI-x cards since 2003. Think about what...

Re: Poll: How many still using PPC?

What I've seen here in Nashville is that guys that have been working with PT for awhile still have PPC rigs - most likely because the crossgrade was not worth the money for the small increase in...

Re: What's your coolest Quickeys shortcut in PT?

I've got one I used that I was pretty proud of.

A few years back, I was mixing performance tracks for a label. Each song had 3 keys, and each key had a version with and without bgv's. Also there...

Re: EPot upgrade

Hey...

The ePot upgrade only affects the Main volume knob. I did this upgrade, and it is an improvement, but it sounds vastly different than the ALT out. The main out is a bit noisy - there's a...
