Ah no I'm dumb. Just had to restart PT and it seemed to fix the problem. For some reason an inactive track was still sending analogue noise to the bus. Sorry for the dumbness

Its already set up that way. Always do that to my Aux Tracks. Whether I click solo on the aux track the instrumental track, or both the static goes away. So strange

I'm using the lates 10.13.3 OS. I shouldn't have updated but for security reasons I wanted to. Turned out to be the wrong move

Yep High Sierra 10.13.3. the newest one. Hold off if you use any kind of Mbox

Mines been working well up until this lates update. It crashes PT a couple times then when I restarted my computer the Sound card stopped working. Seems like it’s time to upgrade... UAD here I come

Been crashing for my sadly. I thin it might have something to do with my Mbox 3Pro though. It seems to run better on my internal card.

Pro Tools with Mbox Pro looses sound after a few minutes

Pro Tools looses sound after a few minutes during playback on Mbox 3 Pro. Pro Tools seems to run great on my internal card though

Unfortunately for me just updated last night and Pro Tools is almost unusable now. I even made a profile here out of frustration. Playback cuts out from my sound card when stopping and starting...
