Yes you...I just wanted to make sure people were aware of this limitation. As you say if both monitors are on the same Workstation you can stretch it over them.

If its the issue i think it is then we have already reported it to Steinburg. Make sure you update to the latest each time and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I'm sorry I think I misled you a bit. You can only run one Avid Control Desktop App at the moment. It was very complex getting it to work with the tablet meters so we limited it to a single instance.

The Fader is physical so technically not possible, otherwise the fader would not be in the correct position. Fine mode is the Control key on the S1 but its for knobs not faders. Fader fine mode on...

That should work great...plus with the next release there's a meter designer so you can rearrange, add and remove and scale the Desktop Meter App.

What version of PT are you on....the setting Attention Most Recently Selected Track (Legacy) is on......which means its pre all the new Clicked DAW Area stuff and not officially supported. I suspect...

I think what's happening is the surface is opening the plugin (when you attention a track)...whilst you have shift held. We should probably ignore shifts if opening plugins from the surface...except...

Holding Shift and clicking a plugin Window would cause this....so Ii suspect that your pressing shift for other commands is overlapping opening plugins?

Can you post your EuControl general and Pref settings windows? And you just have an S3 and Control App ?

And tell me what button/mouse presses cause this io happen so I can try here.

They didn't get wiped and are still there on your computer, you just need to open them. In the next release we have put a new dialog that gives you the option to import them instead of having to...

Sadly, we had to fall back to our standard warranty policy after a year of advanced returns due to many users not returning the faulty S1's. Sorry for the hassle.

Avid Control should be able to connect to a single wifi network, as long as the WS are on that network. The the Control Surfaces can then connect using a basic switch(self assigned) to the individual...

The Screen for the S1 was designed to be a meters screen not just duplicate(Mixer) what is already on the S1 surface.
