Just an update:

Yes, moving libraries and audio to two external drives solved the problem. Thanks a lot. :-)

Guys, I have this question:

Let's say I record guitar audio track with heavy plugin (NI Guitarig5) with 32 samples buffer size. I get smooth sound, no latency. Then I go back to mixing and change...

New PT10+MboxPro user here with new mighty iMac27 768 GB SSD internal HD + 16 GB of RAM. Switched to PT from Cubase 3.

Everything went really smooth with MIDI. Untill first audio recording track....
