Yeah, I think, like you said, you're confusing Sends with Inserts. For what you want to do (I think), you want to use Inserts, not Sends.

It's all very well explained in the Reference Manual right...

Hi,

Inserting the effects onto each track is very simple, but it's still hard to know exactly what you're trying to do. Perhaps some screenshots would help??
