Yep, I did scroll down. It shows my pt8 as the last download. I've had the same account with avid since pt7. This does not make any sense. Anyone else experience dissapearing downloads?

Have you tried bounce to disk and saving to your desktop? If you save it to your desktop, you can drag it into Toast or open in itunes. It works for me with no problems.
