As it turns out the Noctua won't fit in my old case, so there's also a new case on the way. Thanks again for the recommendations....now another week and a half to wait...

The memory compatibility was an issue with the d14 and they did some design on the d15 to alleviate it, that's why I went with D15. Will let yall know.
