er....... im not sure if Nick (our department tech) would let me but on the other hand he has just with in the last 2 weeks install PT9 on 17 new Macs using the ilok 2 and they have worked just...

No i dont have a ilok gen 1 unfortunatly becuase ive been mainly using Protools at College and to my knowledge we havent had many problems with it.

ive had my ilok gen 2 for at least a week and...

No problems at all downloading them. the Ilok Client (+ pace driver it comes with) installed fine, but when installing the PACEDriver itself; it just keeps crashing.

anyway heres the report.........

Ive got Ilok Client helper and Interlok driver setup x64 but no license Support in my control panel/programs, and ilok.com does regonise my ilok

but i know where the License support.msi is but not...

well ive done everything u sed in the last post and its still comeing up with

"this software requires intstallation of the InterLok(R) drivers" dialogue box

right ive tried this and still its not working..........

opening the Task manager with the driver install program running and it seems to be crashing durring the installtion

any ideas to stop...

yes i am atm, ive uninstalled IE8 becuase a few people have been saying that that can cause problems with PT.

DO u think that Firefox is conflicting with the PACE-AP driver?
