Got good news: updating to 11.3.1 (I was on 11.0.2) fixed the problem :-):-):-)

Did some short offline bounces and all Aux reverbs came...

UPDATE

Haven't tried the clean install yet BUT when I cold-plug the HDN to an already powered up MBP the interface is recognised instantly. This is the total opposite of what Avid recommends, but...

I'll rephrase this.

HD Native Thunderbolt does not show up in the Playback Engine list when I first boot Pro Tools.

Anyone else losing valuable time every morning having to reboot the computer...

Its strange because my friend is using a pro tools keyboard, which essentially has the same keys, on LE too and he is not experiencing...

I found that using the shift key to do the selection and moving the regions straight away with the last mouse click...

thanks for replying Phil. You are right my description isn't clear. By glitch I mean audible clicks that weren't there before. I don't mean the pitch bend artifacts that make things sound metallic...

I'm running PT 7.4cs3 in OSX 10.4.11 on a MacBook Pro with a 2,33GHz processor
Memory is 2GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM
and interface is Mbox2 Mini
