I have had the exact same issue recently. The split tracks did not show up in the bounce when using Pro Multiband Splitter running as DSP, but worked as Native.

Make sure you are not connected to the internet. We found that turning off Airport on our HD system reduced startup time significantly.

I guess I'm not alone. I was just surprised that I couldn't find any note of this on the web, as if it hadn't happened. Doesn't $995 seem high for something they frequently bundle with Toolkits?
