You can do this with Melodyne. I wrote this in the BFD forum

Here's something new (maybe) that I've been successfully able to do using BFD instead of soundreplacer. Using Melodyne I was able to...

Re: MIDI tempo snafu

Ok, here's an idea, I'm not at my Pro-Tools computer to test this. This happened to me about 4 years a go. I recorded a midi drum pattern from my drum machine except that I forgot to match the...

Re: Configuring to hear MIDI tracks

Midi is data not audio. You need to assign the MIDI track to a "soft synth" such as Sampletank or Expand or whatever you might have. Place a soft synth on an aux channel, load a sound bank and route...

Re: Female Voice like \"Galadriel\" from LOTR

If you have Melodyne you can manipulate the vocal track pretty easily. You can also save the audio to midi and use that to trigger sound effects or whatever else you like.

Re: 48 Tracks on 1 hard drive

Well to answer your question, yes you can use the MPT kit with one hard drive. The size will depend on the sample rate and bit depth you are recording at. If you are using 44.1k- 16 bits, than your...

Re: More bass frequencies after bounce

OK, you said you wanted to avoid the bad room discussion, but I think it should be mentioned. When you upgraded to the 002 did you move anything? Did your mix position change? Any switches get...

Re: Intel 865G Chipset?

Ha, that's funny.

I hardley think 32+4 on a Dave C test is in the same leauge as most "4 year old consumer grade systems" . (I should clarify, 4 year old Digi approved systems)

Again, stable...

Re: Intel 865G Chipset?

I ran this MOBO for 2 years and PTLE worked ok, however system performance SUCKED! The best I could get with a Dave C test was 32 +4, and that was with PTLE V 6.1 When I upgraded to 7.0 performance...

Re: mude midi note?

Umm, if this is midi, why would you need to mute the note? Why not just delete it? Use the grabber tool, select it and control+B it. You can always either pencil it back in or undo the edit if it...

Make sure you assigned your midi output to the Expand channel 1.

Also, if you have signal jumping on the midi track and the...
