PhaseScope crashed my session

When I went to view PhaseScope on an aux track my PT 7.3.1cs4 session crashed 3 times in a row.

CDExtract works like a champ. I downloaded the demo and tried it out on a couple of CD's and it is total greatness.

I have some old Emulator III sample CD's. Is there a utility that will allow me to convert them to another format so I can use them in Reason or Sample Tank etc...
