Every PT release (since day one) needs to be stable. That goes without saying. No one told AE's wanting features that were already available in, say, Cubase (like clip gain) to get over it, wait, use...

AE's have always belittled the need for the highend facility 32 bit audio king to go 64 bit. I understand that. However, PT is already stable for a lot of people. For others it is and will always be...

Well the verdict is in. No VE Pro, at least for now. Preserving the VE Pro instance is a big plus but, using 6-8 GB of RAM on average, I can do without it. I will wait and see how PT 64 bit and AAX...

True. However, they don't. So the price everywhere reflects Avid's original price. But golly gee I'm tired of someone harping on the upgrade price in every other thread. It's been long enough already...

As far as PT10 goes... Avid responded... It's done. Now, if enough people personally waived PT10 (not just typed or tried to occupy DUC) then that would speak the loudest with PT11....
