Same prob here with mbox 3rd gen/tool 10. Holding "N" does not do anything. It won't let me unistall 10 to reinstall. Tried all those other fixes already....

I have the same setup, except a compaq. They upgraded me to tools 10 then 10.0.1. Everything was fine, but then the same repeated unable to locate message after dae loaded. Problem is, I cannot...
