OMG finally that IS the solution, thanks guys for the help on that I am now updated to firmware 1.03 as well! And note mine is a 64 bit OS Windows 7 and I run pro tools 9.03 right now.

I need help!
I cannot load firmware 1.03 into my Windows 7 64 bit machine running pro tools 9.03.

I keep getting a message that the drivers are not installed but I use the 11 rack all the time in...
