I will do that, it hadn't occoured to be to switch slots with the keys. I am still running an old MacPro 1.1, it has 5 USB port, switched out the dongles on every port, no luck.

Oh wow, 0 activations. With dongles for software like lightwave I have only ever just needed to plug then replug the dongle....
