I've had this same problem for so long ... I've got a Paypal (since it's free and actually quite usefull) but some sites still require you to have a credit card ... I live in Belgium and also here 1...

It's just an effects and amp processor! Not something that uses loops from other guitarists.

If you suck as a guitarist, the Eleven Rack will do NOTHING to help that ... It will make your sound...
