Cubase is pretty bad at this. As is Logic.

But then, I think Apple treats Logic as the nerdy stepchild to Garageband (it has fallen pretty far behind Ableton), and Cubase is hardly what it used to...

1. Duplicate the track, pan it hard right (original track hard left)

2. Shift pitch by about +6

3. Add a delay of about 14ms (100% wet)

Kontakt's horn libraries are generally too artificial sounding. And somehow they just can't do a good sax.
