It's impossible to do it, it tells me that there is an incompatible pro tools version and to uninstall with the uninstaller provided with pt 10.3

Hello,

I've just purchased on avid store the crossgrade to pt 10 but it serms i have to uninstall my pt 8.5 first..is it right? Does it mean i will lose all of my sessions?

I installed pt 8 and then the up grade to 8.5 and everything worked perfectly then i installed ignition pack 2 ant pt. Does not launch.. It says that pt has unexpectedly quit/closed.I un installed pt...

there ere the following discs:Protools 7 installer,the updater to 7.3.1,ignition pack 2,method one..when i insert ignition into the pc, opens windows media player and start a video about bfd drums,...

Hello guys!

i have pro tools 7.3,how to install the ignition pack?in the package there is a cd(ignition pack)but it's not an installer cd just an overwiew of the programs..can you halp me?
