I used to try and catalog drives when I was using LE. When I would create a catalog from selection Pro tools would just freeze. I just upgraded to pro tools 9 and now i get this error...

Hmm, the only thing I can think of is to make sure you are holding down control the whole way through, from before you click on the output selector till after you select the Second output.
