Avid just confirmed to me that this is an actual bug.
They are working on resolving the issue for the 2020 version.

I tried to drag from workspace, drag from browser and using the import window.
None of them worked. Or do you mean a different way?

It does help to know that it's not just us.
We're considering going back one ProTools version since that seems to be the easiest option...

No, I haven't. But I assumed the files should be okay, since I could import them without any problems to PT 2018.12 on my MacBook Late 2012 (also running High Sierra) and to PT 2019.10 the MacBook...
