Or less latency. It's entirely up to the converter you're connecting. PT doesn't compensate for this, obviously, but it's super easy to compensate for. Also, keep in mind that Carbon doesn't...

Be aware Clarett will not follow samplerate changes. You'll still need to manually set it to match Carbon.

VK is incorrect.

Darryl is correct. It's really easy to measure the offset and even compensate for it, if you need to.

The expected AAX-DSP plugins I've tried work, BUT, with really long delays on insert (and GUI lag). Switching to M1 native PT did not really make any difference...

I don't use VIs at all. I also don't put anything that adds more than 33 samples anywhere in the sessions during tracking.

This is not always the case, unfortunately. In the more than two years I've owned Carbon I've encountered this issue at some point every single session I've used it on. It cannot be trusted, at least...

The tracks will sound in time DURING recording, but MAY be out of time on playback. This depends on many factors. In my experience your new tracks may print up to 1500 samples early.

Delay compensation is disabled on Green tracks while recording. Auxes, too.

You're saying use a master out for a bus/subgroup instead of an aux? How will it get to the main mix? You can't multi-assign outputs in Carbon like you could in HD.
