I lost interest in MIDI samplers by the late '90s but I think there's a good argument for 64 bits anyway. It has forced a complete rewrite of a great deal of software. The downside to this is new...

It's worth pointing out that Avid upgrades are sold by dealers who are perfectly free to offer discounts.

If you stop and think about it, a transition to 64 bit requires a complete rewrite of the software. Doing that creates an imminent possibility for introducing many of the features such as off-line...
