I have followed your directions, and had no success yet. The "Remove user preferences" option was grayed out in Eucon 18.3 however. So I searched the forums and found a terminal script from Marianna...

I have it in DHCP mode now, with Ethernet selected in the Eucon syspref as well. Network says it is connected using DHCP, but it still does not show up in EuControl Settings. I have tried rebooting...
