Click on the Pro Tools product, then click Select Upgrade Options to pick your license to upgrade from, then click Submit. This should add the installers and deposit the new license bundle.

My understanding is that having multiple SKUs for the same product isn't an uncommon practice, especially with software since it provides more options for tracking. Those all look like legit...

Your account shows a 1-Year Subscription at the top of the Pro Tools Ultimate section. It's waiting for you to surrender your perpetual license (click Select upgrade options and follow the prompts).

You can report the iLok lost and start a case (http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/faq/Lost-Stolen-or-Broken-iLok-Policy) to replace the license.

PT 10.3.10 is only qualified...

I couldn't get them connected once and after a few restarts realized I had my iPad and computer (iMac) on different networks. Doh!

I found 2 iLok User IDs linked to your email address so I really think that's the issue. I just replied via your case since I didn't want to post account info here.

You have 2 iLok User IDs. The one that's your email address is linked in your my.avid.com account, and it only has a Pro Tools First license. Please click Change default iLok User ID...
