My calculation was wrong, it's more around $3500. My bad! Still seems to hold up to the prices on ebay. It actually quite rare to find these units in my area, here in Europe. Not that many used to...

Great thanks, that is good to know... May I ask, what interface/converters you have. Upgrading to PT HD doesn't seem to be a problem with ASIO drivers, or older interfaces?

Really great to hear that D-command is still working... I'm on the fence about getting one as the are getting more affordable now.

It's a 24 fader in a good state and will cost me around $3000.

I could use a RMS meter to use in Pro Tools. Unfortunately none of the suggested in this thread has the ability to measure RMS. The PSP didn't work for me, the meter just seemed off!...

You should be able to punch in and out in write mode? Not as optimal as latch write, but still usable IMO.

I just upgraded to PT 11 and didn't know about the missing AAX support. Nice to hear that you were able to use Automap with PatchWork in PT 11 - Thanks!

I guess that means automap only works on...

Anyone knows if it's possible to control normal plugin parameters (not VI's) from a midi HUI controller?

(As it is now, midi only works with VI software in Pro Tools and not channel plugins)

My concern was for how long Avid will keep supporting Pro Tools software for PT HD after the release of the "new HD" cards :-)
