Its clearly a bug if Digi trapped themselves in a situation where they can not remove this annoying little tiny 300 dollar thingy, aint worth a updgrade to me so how is it worth it for you guys to...

problem that does not exist, ok so your saying instead of out finder Pro Tools dominates the external drive bus?
So is there a way to stop pro tools from creating those Digidesign Databases...

I want to buy v8 but still refuse to invest more money in PT for so many reasons, one of them is i use removable media all the time and i had a few damaged drives thanks to my inpatients to shut down...

well i guess the only solution is to share the HD system at the studio, then export wav files to logic, since digi's portable Pro Tools systems can not provide the same functionalists, maybe they can...

sorry but the good plug ins do use 32-64 samples so this sux azz, and the fact is that you can not work like this to a decent level unless you just edit tracks as they are, talk about a joke, bye

there you go mr brain, the folder causes issues with running disk utilities even after quitting pro tools, once digi creates...

well it is a problem, read the responses here, they are annoying and there, when i go to browse a drive i see them there, even on mp3 players and other media drives, they are there once a pro tools...
