I have PT 8.0.5 on Mac Mini 09 with Lion (upgraded from Snow Leopard) and have no problems. I believe that most use the midi from the MBox (some reported some problems there) and i don't use it...

When I reinstalled Snow Leopard, I forgot to unplug my MBOX pro2 and it was still blinking after SL was installed. I unplugged it before i installed PT and after that, it worked. Don't know if that...

I have installed it yesterday and so far, no problems. Still running 10.6.3 until I see the ok to run it on 10.6.7 (I reformatted my drive).
