I did another little test today (Pro tools 10, Autotune 5).

On my system, tracks with Autotune inserted fall behind 39 samples at 48K. The ADC indicator on the track shows 0 samples offset. ...

yep, my mistake. I set up as you suggested and tested the specific plug in that was acting up during my mix, Autotune 5 (RTAS, in bypass mode) and delay compensation is not working for this...

forgot all the necessary info...

I'm using an iMac 2.8 GHz intel i7 on OS 10.6.8

I tried different levels of delay compensation, and different hardware buffers... neither affected the problem.

as a test I pulled up a new session, and did a delay compensation test with two "Signal Generator" plugs,...

the handles were the problem. for autotune (audio suite) to work in graphical mode, the "handles" field at the lower right corner must be set to 0 seconds. problem solved! thanks!

I can't get auto-tune 5 to work as an audio suite plug in pro tools 10 (graphical mode).

This is not that big of a deal, but I use it all the time, so if somebody could take a look I'd appreciate...

I would love to know how this worked... when I switch to aggregate device, the Profire 2626 does not show up, just my stereo mac i/o... I've read elsewhere that avid doesn't support m-audio...

Felix, hate to say it, but I'm pretty sure 8.0.3 has issues with missing regions as well.

disappearing audio regions

I've had several audio regions disappear from sessions lately. Protools doesn't complain of missing files, but some of the regions simply aren't there. I've been able to recover the missing regions...

OK, I just had this issue again on a totally different external firewire drive. Everything appears fine when I close the session, but the next time I open, one missing file. File appears in Audio...

I just had this exact experience last week... could it be related to the new version 8.0.3 on snow leopard? I just recently updated...

It's always just one or two files, seems totally random. ...
