Service technicians went through the system, cleaned or changed all madi connections but found no other errors. System seemed to work after that. My settings posted were correct according to them...

I made a bounce like this (see figure) and the Main stem file got clicks/pops. These were not coinciding with high peaks near fullscale but way below. All other stems in the project are subgroups...

Ah yes, with FMP turned off it works like I would expect. I guess it makes sense that without a Main output Aux sends might as well be mono rather than any other channel configuration when using FMP....
