So bottom line, best way to lower the floor noise is to have my mic setup in somewhere seperate from where im mixing? I only have one room to do all in. Is there another alternative?

Ima check if theres settings for the input like you said. I cant connect the MBox2 and Trakmaster Pro through S/PDIF. The Trakmaster Pro didnt come with S/PDIF you have to pay extra for it,like $150....
