Junkgear, yes I am plugging the XLR cables into the line input of the mixer. Also tried engaging the input pad and made no difference.

Sorry I should have specified that earlier. I am running on a IMac with OS 10.9.3. And yes I downloaded the Mac driver 11.1.2. Should I uninstall the driver and try reinstalling it?

I did install the latest driver for the 003. However, the latest driver is for the PT 11.1.3 and I am running PT 11.2.0. I am not sure if that makes a difference but I am still not getting the inputs...
