With the New SBS Chassis that is comeing out at the end of Jan(So the Sales Rep Tells me)the host card is going to be PCI Express,wich will plug directly into the G5.Then inside the expansion chassis...

The newer G5's Like the one I picked up from the apple store on SAT has the PCI Express slots in them.

1.Run a disk repair with Tech tools.
2. defraged my HD.

it fixed the problem
